<p class="isSelectedEnd">The first thing I'd verify is the World of Warcraft version because retail and Classic environments can have different addon requirements.

<p class="isSelectedEnd">I'd also like to know whether there are any common installation mistakes, particularly with the AddOns folder and older versions of the addon.

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Another concern is existing UI addons. Should players disable or remove overlapping addons before configuring ElvUI, or can most of them work alongside it?

For anyone who has installed ElvUI recently, what would you recommend checking before starting the installation?
