Tips are in and out. What still works though is having someone you can actually message when something feels off. There were days when the app lagged or a bet didn’t settle the way I expected and the only thing that calmed the situation was quick Online Betting Support. Not a ticket system that takes three days, but a direct line that knows the platform and fixes things without making you repeat yourself 10 times. With help like that, you can’t wait to get back to silence and canned responses. It's the quiet reliability that brings people back more than any big win.
