I would arrive much earlier than I would for a normal Dubai Marina cruise.

New Year’s Eve can bring heavier traffic, access controls, road changes, and crowded drop-off areas. The advertised sailing time should not be treated as the time you need to reach the Marina.

Ask the cruise provider for the exact reporting time and map pin, then build extra travel time into your plan. If several people are joining from different hotels, send everyone the same boarding location and set a meeting deadline.

For anyone planning a Dubai Marina New Year party, transport planning is just as important as choosing the cruise package.

Also keep the booking confirmation and operator contact details saved on your phone. A screenshot can be useful if mobile data becomes unreliable in a crowded area.
