Farming the Corrupted Lightbringer isn’t as simple as defeating a random enemy or opening a chest. To obtain this unique weapon, players must defeat one of two bosses—Yulivar or Vashan—who each have a chance of Diablo IV gold dropping the Corrupted Lightbringer upon defeat. Here’s how you can farm both bosses and their respective drops.



1. Yulivar: Boss of the Kurast Lair

Yulivar is located in a lair west of Kilchuk in the Kurast region. The lair itself is filled with tough enemies, and the fight against Yulivar requires a combination of strategy and skill. Once you defeat Yulivar, you’ll have the chance to open Yulivar’s Hoard, which may contain the Corrupted Lightbringer.



However, opening Yulivar’s Hoard isn’t a simple task. You’ll need to collect 12 Masks of the Judge, which drop from enemies in the Kurast Undercity. These materials are crucial to unlocking Yulivar’s Hoard, so be prepared to farm them from the Undercity before facing Yulivar. Once you’ve gathered the required materials, you can open the hoard and potentially claim the Corrupted Lightbringer along with other high-value loot.



2. Vashan: Boss of the Whispering Tree Cave

Alternatively, you can farm Vashan, located in an underground cave next to the Whispering Tree. Vashan drops the same loot as Yulivar, including the Corrupted Lightbringer, but accessing Vashan’s treasure requires different materials. Specifically, you will need 12 Vicious Hearts, which are dropped by enemies in the Whispering Hoard. These hearts are necessary to open Vashan’s Hoard and claim your loot.



Vashan presents a different set of Diablo 4 Items challenges compared to Yulivar, but the reward remains the same: a chance to acquire the Corrupted Lightbringer and other valuable items.
